Burdur Factory
Located in Bucak’s Industrial Zone and built on an area of 10.000 m², our factory is a modern production facility equipped with Brazilian and Turkish branded machines. In our factory, there are 2 Hedel branded diamond wire gangsaws, 5-towered ovens, 1 plate polishing machine, 1 slab cutting line, and 1 bridge cutting machine.
With a monthly production capacity of 65,000 m², we manufacture slabs and cut marble in thicknesses of 1.2 cm, 2 cm, and 3 cm. The entire infrastructure and production process of our factory are designed and operated in accordance with the principles of environmental and nature conservation. With this approach, we aim to achieve high-quality production while being environmentally responsible.

Hedel - Diamond Wire Gangsaw
We utilize the most modern and advanced diamond wire cutting machines, specifically the new generation of Delta Wire machines with production capacities of 80 and 97. These machines enable precise cuts ranging from 1.2 cm to 3 cm. This technology ensures superior quality and efficiency in processing your natural stone blocks, meeting the highest industry standards.
5 Tower Ovens
Our factory is equipped with the latest five tower ovens, allowing us to process a larger volume of marble simultaneously, reduce processing time, and ensure consistent, high-quality results. With advanced technology, we can implement different treatments to various types of marble, providing exceptional flexibility. This significantly enhances our production capacity, efficiency, and reliability, all while meeting the highest industry standards and delivering superior marble products with enhanced quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Bridge Cutting Machine
Our top-of-the-line bridge cutting machine is integrated with digital technologies and CAD/CAM systems. This integration ensures consistent precision, accuracy, and high-quality finishes across all cuts, optimizing workflow and minimizing errors. It allows for customization of marble pieces to meet specific project requirements, whether for countertops, flooring, cladding, custom architectural details, and more.
